Following the interviews, the Admissions Board will meet again to determine the final selection of candidates. Your complete application, supporting documentation and interview report will be thoroughly reviewed and discussed a final time. In this final review, selected candidates are also evaluated for merit scholarships offered by DSF. You will be notified whether your application was successful, or not, shortly after the Admissions Board meeting.
If you are selected, you will be notified by phone and you will also receive a digital letter inviting you to reserve your seat at DSF. In addition, you will be sent an offer package to your preferred address, which contains the letter of admission, registration agreement, rules and regulations together with all of the forms and practical information materials you may need for your transition to become a DSF student. Materials will include items related to applying for a Dutch student permit, obtaining insurance, starting your search for housing, and more.
NOTE: Applicants are admitted to the programme by the Admission Officer following impartial guidelines laid down by the Admissions Board, as stated in the Rules and Regulations for teaching and examination.
Your offer letter will include the date by which you have to respond to the offer extended. Typically an accepted student is granted 4 weeks to respond to the offer. If you not respond before the given registration deadline date mentioned in your offer letter, the admission offer will expire and the reserved place in the programme will be released.
Prepare to take your seat at DSF today!
